Tunstall High Plans the following activities in support of Anti-Bullying Initiatives:

  1. We will be participating on October 1, the National Bullying Prevention Awareness Day, by offering opportunities for all school members wear the color Blue .

  2. Blue long-sleeved T-shirts with school logos and an Anti-Bullying slogan for warm-ups will be worn at volleyball game on October 1.

  3. We have clubs t hat are creating posters and positive messages that will be provided throughout all areas of the school.

  4. We will have a door-decorating contest relative to ant i-bullying efforts.

  5. We will have an Anti-bullying pledge poster for students to sign.

  6. We are working on a skit that can be recorded and shared with our school to be performed by our Drama department.

  7. We are making kindness rocks for distribution.

  8. A lesson plan is being shared at the beginning of a class each day during the week of October 1-5.  The daily plan will be highlighted during the morning announcements.

  9. Anti-bullying T-shirts will be tossed to spectators by Cheerleaders at the October 26 football game.

  10. Posters and sign s will be placed throughout the interior and the exterior of our campus to showcase our support of the Stomp Out Bullying Initiative.

  11. We are working with the Community Services Board to attain resources and create more activities for the month of October.

  12. We are designing a "Caught Being Kind" campaign wherein faculty members will recognize students.
